Last week I got a rejection letter from UCLA for no reason.
I mean, UCLA isn't such a super-top school like Harvard or MIT; I was really surprised that I got rejected.
Then on March 18th, I got another rejection letter! This time it's from MIT.
Of course I was disappointed, but somehow that depression only lasted for 2 hours.
Then I felt like I never applied to MIT in the first place...weird.
Anyway, now I'm just waiting for the other schools I applied to, and hopefully one will admit me :)

Will try to be more coherent with the next comment.

Don't worry
I got rejected from UCLA too. I think the problem is that there are like 47,000 applications that went through and they could only admit less than 10%. The school is really popular and they have become very selective. Plus they really prioritize if you are a California resident because it is a public state school. I think like 85-90% in the students are California residents. So yeah don't worry about it.March 19 2006, 19:45:01 UTC 6 years ago

Yeah, plus lots of Asians there already as well, Brian.March 19 2006, 21:09:27 UTC 6 years ago
Re: Don't worry
Yeah. I think 35% of the students are Asian.March 20 2006, 08:07:25 UTC 6 years ago

Haha I read this, and thought: "Isn't that Tati?", and it took me a second to realise the person commenting and Tati were the same person, because I didn't recognise the display picture... how silly.March 20 2006, 10:53:41 UTC 6 years ago
